It is a kind of widely used catalyst. It is used for the elimination reaction, reduction reaction and alkylation reaction, making the alkenyl chloride and alkyl lithium or Grignard reagent to produce olefins and maintain the configuration; making the alkenyl chloride and potassium cyanide to produce alkenyl cyanide; synthesis of acyl chloride to ketones; debromination of cupric bromide to hydrogenbromide; manufacturing of alkynes and ketones; cyclization of asymmetric biphenyl medium ring; isomerization of diene epoxides and allyl acetate; stereoscopic synthesis of olefins and 1,4-dienes; dimerization of butadiene.
