Polyethylene is a thermoplastic resin obtained by addition polymerization of ethylene. There are only two elements of carbon and hydrogen in the molecular structure.

According to different polymerization methods, it can be divided into high-pressure polyethylene, medium-pressure polyethylene and low-pressure polyethylene. In terms of consumption, high-pressure polyethylene is the main one, and the consumption ratio of high-pressure polyethylene to medium and low-pressure polyethylene is 3:1 to 2:1.
